No More Consultants: we know more than we think

This was the second major book on knowledge management from Geoff Parcell and Chris Collinson, formerly working on knowledge management at BP. It's main feature is an explanation of how and why to use a knowledge self-assessment tool and to interpret and use the 'river diagram' in the process. It also discusses common challenges which arise during such a process and how to deal with them. The book gained significant traction in UN circles with several agencies adapting the method.  Further information on this work is available in the KM4Dev Toolkit.
