Between Thought and Expression

This is a draft of a piece of work which was shared with colleagues working in the same field in May 2017.  It is likely to be further developed.  It may then be published as a short book or as appendix to the book 'Challenging Ignorance', which Sarah Cummings and myself have been working on and which should be published some time in 2018. What is offered is a draft. It has not been polished for publication and any errors or omissions there may be have gone uncorrected. For these, I apologise.
